I really want feed back on these shakes. I have read alot of you use them. I was too and my chronic sinusitus was basically history . Then I talked to a fellow big in herbs etc. and he told me the last thing a person should use is this combo. His reason constipation... Well that was a problem I was having so here I am with a infected sinus, still sticking to diet but not using B & P shakes.
How much of each ( betonite & psyllium) is required, how many times a day? For how long is it recommended? wks, dys, mnths?
How about the constipation? I sure don't like being plugged up.
