Vegetable enzymes die at 112°F

Cooked food is dead food, you want your fruits and vegetables to be raw.

When vegetables are brought to 112°F the enzymes in them die. I can't imagine that helps our digestion By the time they reach 212°F which they can reach from steaming them, they lose almost all nutritional value. Vitamins, minerals included.

I was just at a seminar this weekend given by Dr. Larry Rowdan, who is a registered pharmacist who was diagnosed with a brain tumor and then went into very bad asthma after that, he went on a completely raw food diet and is free of both diseases. And this was back in 1983 that he was diagnosed. He is now a naturopathic Dr who prescribes raw food diets for all that ails our body.

He also prescribes worming yourself to get rid of parasites. He recommended Zymex 2 by Standard Process, when I went to get some I found that Zymex 1 is for getting rid of candida. The problem with Standard Process is finding someone who sells it, it is suposed to be sold by a health care professional such as a chiropractor. Dr. Rowdan does sell it on his website, and no I do not get anything for telling you about his website.

I have attached Dr. Rowdan's website if you want to check it out.
