Hi Madelle,
How are you doing? Happy holidays! I hope your vacation was a fun, relaxing and peaceful one. My holidays were very pleasant and peaceful. I have a CoQ10 question for you, What brand do you use,? I would like to start using it again but it can run very expensive and I could not afford to keep it up so I had to stop. I was using the gel caps but can't remember the brand though. Also, what Bowel Cleanse are you using? I just ordered the Colosan Monday, so I am eagerly waiting to receive it and get started.
