Im also 38 years old and have endometriosis and candidasis.I have struggled with the nightmare diet protocol. I have a hard time with grains and sugars the closer menses arrives. Sometimes its 2 weeks before. I have tried many products to speak of yeast busters, fungal defense, homopathic candida drops on the tounge. Chinese herbs, acupuncture,saunas and exercise.To name a few. Ive done well on the diet and other times Im at a loss of control with the cravings.I am researching liver flushes, but Im afraid of the fillings and crowns in my mouth. The Naturopathic Dr that I was seeing said to see him before I do a Liver Flush because I could get very sick. Is this true? I guess my question is can you do the Epsom Salts Liver Flush with fillings in your mouth? I really can't afford to replace my fillings at this time in my life, but feel that my liver is badly congested and could really use some flushes. Any input would be a great help.
