Hi - I know you are at the right place, and will learn a lot. I am still learning myself. What I do want to offer is - meditation. With OCD, depression, anxiety - as with many of your other symptoms - I am certain that proper diet, exercise and LOTS of water will be of benefit - not immediate, but of benefit, yes! It is vital, with anything mental health, so if you don't already, please start to learn and practice all you can regarding meditation - or find tapes, books on "Mindfullness" - and if you need to get a coach for a while, that can be very helpful.
I am certain others will assist you with information regarding both the physical and psych aspects of healing.
