thank you, I will try the potassium and vit C, but I eat a lot of fruit wouldnt I get enough from that (1/2 lemon, 2 grapefruit, 3 apples, few apricots, nectarines)?
Funny but the Sea Salt actually made my skin more taut and thin, not topically dry but the loss of inner moisture I described. Also when this happens I am more prone to scar. But would lack of potassium cause my skin to get thin and scar?
