He can build up pressure that hurts or can be VERY uncomfortable...too much of this unreleased pressure can actually make him extremely depressed/ hateful/ irritated and even sick. Cum is a liquid and cannot be compressed so the pressure can really build up and the balls/vesicles/prostate can swell up and can get very sore. He will NOT get infected, but he will need to release pressure through various types of sexual activity.
Sexual activity is very serious and not a game for kids...you need to play safe and with a little responsibility. It doesn't sound like you care for him very much or understand possible complications of your actions or you wouldn't do this. No man needs to go thru this....you may be the one that ends up blue.
