Well, if it's not how big it is it's how you use it, what is the technique?

I have read a number of threads on this forum about penis enlargement, and there is always a woman that says the old "it's not how big it is it's how you use it" thing but never explains the technique. I am of average size and would like to know. Is it a position or what? Thanks for the help.
