brown blood is usually old blood. You may have "stirred things up" by having sex so close to your period and induced a kind of cleanse. If you experience pain, nausea, vomiting, then you have a tubal pregnancy and will have to seek medical help.

Take your temperature daily for the next week or two, always at the same time of day; if it's steady and there are no other symptoms chances are good that nothing is wrong.
