Re: I am always so sore.....
It seems that getting the stomache undercontrol would be a good thing. For constipation prune juice and figs are excellent cures. I have had good luck using l-cysteine to help my stomache problems. Many stomache problems can be traced to
parasites and l-cysteine is good for getting rid of them. It's best to follow Dr. Clark's
parasite cleanse, but taking it according to the package directions is good too. I also have discovered cinnamon tea. All nausea, acid reflux, and pain from acid reflux stops!! It's really neat! I take 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (the type used for baking) and steep it in a cup of hot water for 10 minutes. It'll look like tea usually does when made. You can find empty tea bags in organic food stores, which makes it really easy. otherwise you need to filter out the cinnamon.
For the anemia, start taking supplements for iron and potassium. You can find organic/holistic supplements for that if you like. What you get from the drug store works too. The iron and potassium give the body what it needs to produce red blood cells. You can get both from the right food sources too. Bananas are good for potassium, for example.
I'd strongly suggest working on the anemia and acid reflux first and waiting on the ED. The ED could very well resolve itself once the anemia is taken care of. I'd also suggest a liver cleanse. I know that Dr. Clark's method works very well, but I;ve heard about successes with other methods. You can find the
parasite and
Liver Cleanses on Dr. Clark's pages for free.
