Re: Delicate questions

Everyone is different. :) For me, I had a 10 pound 11 ounce baby and tore very badly sideways (fairly rare) that tore ligaments and muscles besides flesh. At three weeks postpartum I was still walking funny...but the first time we made love (very gently) was a week and a half after the birth. By three months time we were back to normal frequency of everyday and everything seemed to be fine. I did lots of kegels to try and tighten and tone, and my husband said it felt like before by 5 or 6 months time. He said it was a little looser at first but still felt good. I only was only able to breastfeed for three weeks, so I am not sure about the hormones affecting your desire in that case. I'm really hoping not as I am going to try and breastfeed longer this time! :) I have had a lot of trouble with desire this pregnancy and my naturopath will not let me take anything with hormones in it soo....I just hope it does not continue on into the breastfeeding.
