Re: Taking Dr. Shulze's herbs during first trimester of pregnancy

Hi, sorry you are not feeling well. During my last pregnancy I took Echinacea with goldenseel in capsules when ever I felt sickness comming on, as many pills a day as needed for about a week or two at a time, and then stopped when I felt better. Same for the super tonic, I made my own and drank that as many times a day as I felt I needed for as many days as needed and then stopped when I felt better. I also took cranberry when needed, and stinging needle for allergy symptoms. Peppermint and ginger for stomach and nausea. I drank super food (when I could tolerate it) and took extra vit c. During my previous pregnancy I drank kombucha, but took a break from it during this last one as I became lazy about making it (shame on me LOL). So these are natural supplements I took myself without "supervision" use your best judgement, and read read read. If you search hard enough you can find alot of info on herbs and pregnancy, I think there is an old post in this forum which lists herbs to avoid during pregnancy and nursing. Hope this helps.
Anna
