Humans are polygamous by nature, but are definitely capable of monogamy. Most humans range in the spectrum of polygamous v. monogamous. You seem to be in the polygamous range. Naturally, marriage will seem confining to you. Here's the deal. You can A) Ask your wife if she will consider having an open marriage (and watch her kick you to the curb) and/or hire professional women to join you in bed or B) you can tell you wife as honestly as possible how you feel but that you want to remain anonymous and you have some ideas you'd like to try, see below. C) You can hire professional women on the side, without telling her and making sure to USE A CONDOM! You only risk your marriage, but hey...it's better than meeting a woman at a bar and becoming emotionally attached to her D) you can just be content with p 0 r n and self-gratification like a lot of men.

Some alternative suggestions would include:
-having her dress up and meet you somewhere outside the house, like a bar or club, and she pretends to be a different person, down to and including, wearing a wig, contacts, etc. Sounds like a lot of work, right? Depends on you and your wife.

-trying different things with your wife that maybe you haven't tried before: anal sex, role-playing, etc etc.

At any rate, let her know how it feels for you. And don't resort to blaming her! Let her know it's not about her (unless it is, then you should seek marriage counseling) but about you and your enormous sex drive. Place emphasis on the fact that you don't want to cheat on her, that you want her help in finding solutions to helping curb your sexual appetite.
