Shellycat...I have no problems with constipation...never had...So then im doing the enemas to clean out the pockets ..right??

Constipation would be..hard stools...not going on a regular basis???

Sometimes the first part of bowel movement is a bit rocky..but i figure thats because its been sitting in the rectum and having the water removed..

As you can see..I don't know a whole lot about this stuff..


Oh!! by the way..I did have a stool anaylisis done and it showed (dysbiois)..and Pseudamosis Homie (sp)..would that be a cause for all the crampyness i mostly suffer from??
