Have you consideed seeing a good naturopothic doctor instead? He/she may be able to help you with your sinus infection and your candida, without Antibiotics . I have had sinus infections treated homeopatically before.
Also, there is a definite connection between sinus infections and candida and unhealthy terrain in the bowels.
Antibiotics will add to the unhealthy terrain, as you already know.
