I get really severe periods and I find that drinking strong fennel, ginger, mint, raspberry leaf, chamomile tea helps. Eating fennel and candied ginger helps too. Doin yoga, eating a vegan diet, taking 500mg. of magnesium and 1200mg. of calcium pills helps as well for me.
Bathing in 1 c. baking soda, Sea Salt , and Epsom Salt helps the pain as well.
Taking 1,000mg vtamin c and 1,000mg. vitamin e helps too.
