Did you have this Candida cultured from your ears or otherwise tested? The reason I ask is it sounds alot like the syndrome found with Citrobacter fruendii infection. The digestive symptoms of Citrobacter are very much the same as Candida except it often affects the ears too. It does not necessarily respond to the same treatment as Candida. In fact you often need to add a bactericide. I know of it being sensitive to goldenseal sometimes. Just a thought.
