Lynne, I've felt the same about the 30 days. I just want to eat, eat, eat; but at least my cravings are improving. I'm hoping the hunger will lessen tomorrow.
I think that we should be happy with however long we do stay on the MC, whether it be 30 days or less. I'm just going to play it by ear. Since my goal was to lose 20-25 pounds, I will probably go the 30 days, or end it early if I hit the 25
pounds before then.
I just got my "12 Steps to Raw" and "Raw Family" books today. The Raw Family book was very inspiring. It's amazing what living food can do for a body! If you haven't read it, I highly recommend it. The mother lost 120
pounds and regained her health! The whole family had serious, "uncurable" health problems that have disappeared! Now I'm reading the 12 Steps book. Very interesting too.
I think my hubby and kids are getting scared that I'm going to push them into this "health kick", but this is about me... I finally realized that to be a good mom/wife, I need to take care of myself first.
Well, "tomorrow's another day"; be strong, and enjoy the journey to health!
