Thank you.... 3 days that is wonderfull..

I actually like the taste. the cayenne adds a extra kick. But I would hate to be limited in the amount. But 12 glasses is enough lol...

The only problem is coffee and oh boy will I miss it. But if I can drink the lemonade hot then it would be ok I guess.

I am taking a day at a time....

I will tell you though I have been reading this board for 3 days and it pumped me.
