Each glass of lemonade had 2 tbsps lemon and 1 1/2 tbsps of maple syrup in it. So....ok, I had 9 tabsps of maple syrup a day.
My advice - on day one and day two, *don't* try and skimp on the maple syrup - I think that's really important! Use the full amount, you'll need it to stave off hunger pangs. Starting on day 3 you can cut back on it. Good luck, Lynne and country girl!
