Here's an excerpt from The Master Cleanse booklet: "For those who are overweight, less maple syrup may be taken...About six glasses of lemonade a day is enough for those wishing to reduce. Extra water may be taken as desired."
I am planning to start on this "reducing" plan next Tuesday (after my houseguest has left). I have to get the natural maple syrup and cayenne pepper while I'm in Sacramento next Monday. If anyone is starting around the same time, I would love to hear from you! Maybe we could start a support program. I have 80 more pounds to lose (lost 20 so far).
