Oh, agreed, there is no quick fix. I wish there were. What kind of Liver Flush did you do? Did it involve olive oil and lemon juice or was it another recipe?

I'm always looking for more ideas of things I can use in this war on parasites. I'm sure they've come back since the last time I did intensive cleansing but my health is so much better than when I started that I don't regret all the time, money and effort I expend on this.
