WOW that was the most intense post I have ever read! But (pun not intended) I need to know more. I am just really getting started in this whole thing. I have changed/chaning my eating habits and my overall life style. I have done a trail run with a three day juice fast and was amased. I want to do more but I am still learning. I don't want to do it wrong. So would you please tell me/us exactly what you did and why? Also in what order should I cleanse?
