Flushing without Bowel/Parasite Cleanse

I want to know for those of you have done the Flush with a dirty bowel...did it really make you sick? How did you feel.

I've done 3 flushes without the bowel cleanse. My first was good, but the last two weren't that great, partly because I couldn't get down all the Epsom Salts , but I'm worried it may be also because of my lasck of a bowel cleanse.

I've attempted to do a bowel cleanse, but have found that the P&B shakes do nothing but clog me up more, even with lots of water. I haven't found a good parasite concoction yet. The whole process seems to take forever, and I want these stones out NOW, they've been causing me discomfort for too long.

Anyway, is it okay to do flushs every two weeks without a bowel or parasite cleanse going on?
