I am new with a few ????

Hello,
I am new to this forum. I used to have calonic's a few times a year (never passed anything out of the ordinary), but haven't for some time. It sounds like we can all benefit from this flush. I suffer from Major Depression and am on meds, also I am hypo thyroid and on meds. Question is this, do we eat normally while doing this? Do I have to stop meds? Can I drink coffee? Where can I purchase the stuff to do a enema? Is it easy to do?
