Actually, I went and bought that book after I did the flush, it seems to be a good general book for eating right for your liver. I don't think it will remove gallstones. From what I read its more of a change of eating and cleaning your liver. But it doesn't go into info on gallbladder.

The flush isn't bad at all, the grapefruit and oil isn't bad if mixed really well right before you drink it.

I will be doing my 3rd flush Friday, I think the hardest part for me is the Epsom salt, cause the 2nd flush started making me nauseated, but the way I felt the next day, was well worth it.
