Hi!!!!!!!!!!

The question I have for you is----

When you were growing up, was alcohol served freely in your home? If so, there has always been an argument among people as to whether an alcoholic has a genetic trait or not. Personally, I do not know. I just know that gowing up, what we are around becomes our sub-conscious. In other words, if we associate a big piece of cake or pie with comfort when we are stressed, chances are pretty good we were rewarded with something like that when we had something bad happen to us as a child. So, we are drawn to that as an adult when we feel stress, happiness, etc. The same is true with alcohol.

You definately are an alcoholic. There is no "sugar coating" this issue. Face that fact. If you want to change, you can. If you do not, you won't. It's just that simple.

There are a lot of people of this website who will help you if you truly want to not drink. I promise! I am one of them!
