From what I have read, it takes awhile for the next round of stones to move forward in the bile ducts, so doing 2 flushes so close together might not give you as many stones. The standard time that people usually seem to wait is 2 weeks.

That said, I think it may still be successful. Especially with that amount of olive oil!

If you can, it is also recommended to get a colonic after a flush to get out any remaining stones. I have never gotten one, but I have done colemas (like an enema but with a bag) with success. Or, you can do a salt water flush.
