my unsucessfull 1st flush

first i like to say hello to you nice people
i did my first flush and i got only 10+ green and tan peas today

i was hopeing for a 500+

i have chronic urticaria for 3-4 years( its a skin condition where i get hives. its related w/ mast cells and histmine}

first i stop eating at 2 and had my epson drinks ar 6 and 8. at 10 i drank 1/2 cup of oil & 1/2 cup of grapefruit mix drink and went straight to bed

when i woke at 730am i drank my 3rd epson and back to bed. i had to go to the bathroom at 830 and only 6+ pealike cameout. then i had my 4th drink at 930.i went only 1 more time and 5 more green pealike particles came out

im frustrted. can you guys help. i know i got stones in there and its "blocking" me from my health
