Please, tell exact details how you made the transition from Master-Cleanse to LF. Details like how many days after Master-Cleanse you started Liver-Flush and you were eating meantime and how much, what you were taking and quantity for LF.
I am on my 8 day of Master-Cleanse and planning to follow with Liver-Flush also following hopinso advise.
