I second what Bethdogg said. I did my flush without a lot of pre-flush preparation. Using the recipe I found here on curezone. The Epsom Salts I mixed with organic bottled grapefruit juice, had it really cold, and had no problem drinking it. The olive oil I used was the lighter kind, my green olive oil (first cold pressed) had gotten an 'off' flavor. Mixing the lighter olive oil with fresh grapefruit juice, shaken up, was rather tasty and no nausea occurred. I had been eating an apple a day and even juiced some with carrots and Celery and parsley and cucumbers. First flush was great even tho I was a bit nervous about doing it. Oh, and also, for me, totally painless. I say 'go for it', you'll be glad you did. Omie
