Any success without Malic Acid or GCG or colonics?

Last week I was all ready to do a liver flush. But then Andreas Moritz warned me not to without the liver herb (or malic acid) preparation period of five days.

So I bailed and ordered the herbs. Well, it's taking FOREVER for them to get to me and I want to flush NOW!!!

If I were to wait till I get the Gold coin grass and malic acid I am looking at waiting another week to actually go through the preparation period.

And we'd be looking at even longer if I were to wait to be able to afford TWO colonics for one flush.

So I am planning on throwing all caution to the wind and FLUSHING TONIGHT.

Anyone have any words of encouragement or discouragement?
