Re: 14th Flush results

Hi Hopinso,
I started flushing last October, and was trying to flush every 2 - 3 weeks.
But like I said we went travelling for 2 months, and I am just getting back into it, tho my mind wasn't really ready this weekend, but I am so glad that I perservered with it.
I struggle each time with the OO, not the Epsom drinks, they are o.k. The oil just wants to come on back up. So I only take 1/2 glass now, that is, I take it in 2 shot glasses. It is the only way I get it over.
I am amazed how many stones I keep getting out.
Tho my first maybe 4 flushes only had thick sediment/bile, and I was wondering when the stones would start. Now I am wondering when they will finish. Ha.ha.
But I will keep on doing it till I think there are no more, or until I stop seeing them.
You have done 18, how long a period has that been over?
I will hang in there too.
