Friday night my partner and I did our flush. His 8th and my 14th.
This is the first time in over 3 months we have done one. We were touring for 2 months, then when we got back and arranged to do one 2 weeks ago I became sick, so postponed it.
I really wasn't physched up for it and because I still had a sore throat I thought that maybe I shouldn't do it. This was going through my head all night, right up to swallowing the Olive Oil. (2 shot glasses of it, followed by 1/2 glass of lemon juice.) That is the only way I can get the OO (Olive-Oil) down these days. And even then I tell myself it will be the last time, that I can't stomach it anymore.
BUT, when I see the results, I can't stop, I have to keep on going until I am clean of these stones.
We both started the loo trips at about 8.00a.m the next morning.
Now as soon as we take the first dose of Epsom Salts starting at 7.00a.m we start to drink lots and lots of water. We both think that this is the secret in getting the stones out fast. It makes our system work at pushing the stones through the intestines, flushing the little buggers out.
I passed lots and lots of small beige stones and gritty stuff, like I always do, and overall in the day about 60 decent sized stones. So total for me would be a couple of hundred little ones, and the 60ish pea size green to beige stones.
My partner passed bigger ones, about 50 in total, and they were all about his thumb nail size. Which I think are really decent sized.
I forgot to say that in my second motion of the day I passed this solid jelly looking stuff. Three large chunks of it. I am thinking that this may be mucoid plaque.
Can anyone tell me if this is correct?
I tried the Bentonite clay drinks months ago, and didn't pass anything that resembled this stuff back then.
On the overall flush we were both very happy with our results.
Then this morning (Sunday here) I needed to use my bowels, and still felt very airey and rumbly and I shot out this huge stone. It was as big as a large marble. I never felt this move through my system yesterday, no pain or anything. I was so surprised when it landed in the loo, I just had to fish it out, and put it with the collection from yesterday.
I will take some pics before discarding later today.
I was so very happy with this result, that is the biggest stone I have ever passed.
My bottom was extremely sore this time, (used to get sore like this in the very early flushes, I think caused by the bile) I was so full of yellow bile, and yellow stones back then, and looks like I still am.
So, will I do it all again?
YES, and will keep on going until I stop passing them.
I am still trying hard to work on my diet, tho it has been hard being on the road, but am trying hard to settle back to normality, so is my partner.
So I don't know if these were all new stones made while in holiday mode, or if they were locked somewhere deep inside my liver, but there is a big hole somewhere now.
How does this hole heal? Can anyone tell me please? We are both interested in what happens to the spaces that are left after a really successful flush.
