Hang in there. The worst part is over. I just drank down my 2nd dose of Epson Salt. Hold your nose, have a spoon of honey ready on the side and drink down that oil and lemon juice. It will taste good compared to the Epson.

This is #18 for me. Wow. I almost couldn't swallow that Epson salt. I keep thinking of the Survivor show on TV. This week they had to drink smoothies made with all kinds of smelly sea creatures. It looked bad. I was imagining I was drinking that which didn't make things any easier.

I hope you fiancee can resist the tobaco, but if he can't, still drink the magic potion at 10. I know how grumpy men can be when they miss one little meal.
