You may see more stones from this flush. Are you using a sieve to catch them? My first bm of the day was after the first morning Epsom Salts drink and it had a bright green stone and a load of little tan things like gravel. I was dissappointed too but happy to see the green stone about the size of a garbanzo bean. At least I knew the protocol worked. Then I got a collander (sieve) and could really see all the tan gravel that came out with the water. It was unbeliveable. Then thinking that was it, removed the collander. Next visit to the potty felt like a bowel movement when before it had been all water and little rocks. What a surprise to see a half dozen green stones clad with tan rocks. I scooped them out and put them in a baggy and into the freezer. Proof positive that it worked. :) During the rest of that day I could see tan gravel with every bathroom visit. I'm all psyched for the next flush.
My nagging back pain went away too. A bonus. LOL Omie
