What some people do is use gse on and off to confuse the lyme. Remember it changes and tends to go into hiding, so altering your treatments can suprise it. I would keep the olive leaf extract cosntant though. The samento is started at a low dose of 2 drops 3 times per day and titrated up slowly over time to 15 drops 3 times a day and in some cases even more.
