I constantly have trouble getting "backed up." Epsoms salts really helps to flush me out and doesn't hurt my stomach at all which is so nice. I am just wondering, can I do a dose of Epsom Salts (one teaspoon in one cup organic apple juice) once a week to keep me regular? Or, is that way to much sodium for my body. Even though it's epsoms salt, it's still salt right? That seems like a lot of salt to be ingesting on a regular basis, but I just love the results of it. Please let me know if you know the answer to this... thanks alot!
