Congratulations on the three years of fasting Ramadan!
You should see on getting some dates, if you havent already. There are many varieties. I think we just bought some from Algeria. Very sweet, full of protein, vitamins, fiber, natural
Sugar etc.
So sometimes when in a hurry and waking up later than desired (before sunrise) I take an odd number of dates with water. This may sound like not enough, but say seven of them- they are full of nutrition.
Also a banana is good, cut up oranges. Organic eggs and pita bread too is filling.
Or eggs with bagels. One of the most filling meals is fava beans ( mid eastern style ) with olive oil. DOnt know if you have that where you are.
