I once heard a (muslim) preacher, African American male, around ten years ago say,
Even if a woman was naked, walking down the street, she has RIGHT NOT to be violated. And that his point was, when a woman is half naked, it puts a green light on those around that may be weak or have a sickness in their heart. So being decently covered protects a woman from these people.

Its true, if you look at a fully covered nun-
and then compare that with the bikini-
