Polygamy, Shari'ah (namely beheadings, the spread of Islam (namely the Ottoman Empire and Mughal Empire)

What do you make of these things--esp. beheadings?

It as been said that Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) sanctioned the beheadings of hundreds of the Medinan Jews.

Also, in the The Hol Qur'an, verses strictly prohibit the forced conversion of Islam. Does this mean that the Muslims whose ancestors were forced to embrace Islam are not legitimate Muslims?
