I see your point, however we do see "Arabs" are not always what you might think of. Semitic yes. You find today in present day Palestine, Arabs and Jews looking exactly alike.
You even cannot tell them apart. Semetic brothers, or actually arabs are cousins of and in direct lineage with all prophets from Abraham down. Abraham is the father of Arabs and Jews. So saying he had the face of Lebanon is not far off at all.

Abraham, peace be upon him was from Iraq. His wife Hajjar was from Egypt. Thus begat Ishmail the father of the Arabs. An Arab can have bright green eyes and blond hair, or even white skin and red hair as in Syria! An Arab can be dark or light and in between.
