Seattle is blessed with many phone books by the immigrant communities.
I was looking through the Chinese Phone book, and voila!

I would imagine New York City would have this? Or wherever...

Also go to a Taoist gathering and get chummy with your local Chinese/Taiwanese community directly, thats how I found a good doctor in Los Angeles whom actually studied with THE Bernard Jensen . Unfortunately I can't find his business card to give you a contact. But I did leave a ph# on the other post to call...
