Still thinking about it.
I've mentioned that I was due to see my kinesiologist friend.
I did, and asked my questions, and got some wonderful answers, but they were entirely different than I expected.
I asked, for example, how long it might take for a person to become proficient at giving energy...and similar questions...thinking that 'practice' is needed.
In turn, she asked me a question. "Can you pray wrongly?"
Later, she asked me what I was getting from self-doubt. That took me aback, I can tell you!
And she did some work on where I had stored negative convictions.
We also discussed why sometimes we are not taken seriously in conversations. Her studies suggest that people with narrow width of jaw are less heeded than those with wider jaws.
I protested that my regard for her was beyond the narrower width of her jaw! She then said that hers was a little wider than mine!
She went on to say that people sometimes develop jowls so that their jaws appear wider. She also said that those with narrower jaws may develop expertise in their field to establish credibility.
We might have more response posting online because our faces are not visible! (Smile.)
There was much, much more to the visit, of course, but I thought I'd tell you these stunning revelations.
I am convinced that our EVERY thought, and projection of energy for a purpose, is effective.
Now I'm thinking about protecting from harm, and automatically selecting the best.
I am also impressed by Invincible's mention that it might be better to look at well-being, rather than to concentrate on ill-health...if I am interpreting her meaning correctly.
Meanwhile, I'm giving it a try...projecting supportive and protective energy. So far, it seems to be working.
My best,
