I believe it was just the usual 1000mg caps . . . she got them from Costco for a really decent price. To find the first results it took her a full usual drug store sized bottle. Approximately a full month of 2 a day. MSM is the same as the body's own anti-inflamitory (so she told me) It takes time to build up. Now when she begins having problems, a headache, any inflamitory problem she takes an extra dose and usually finds relief.
