Several people have posted here about mixing coffee enemas with Liver Flushes and it seems it's too much work on the poor liver. Plus it has the opposite effect on the bile ducts as the ES has. ES relaxes, coffee tightens. That can be very stressful and cause pain/cramping.

My recommendation is to do a coffee enema when you're focusing on cleansing the colon and detoxing via herbs and juices and planning to do a series of enemas. Make the first enema coffee and the remaining enemas without, but with other things like bentonite, ES, liquid chlorophyll, etc. I don't recommend a whole series of coffee flushes because it's very stressful on the adrenal glands. That's what my naturpathic doctor said, anyway! :)
