Re: Maybe you are not ready???
Liver Flushes are not for everyone. They require courage, patience, and a good amount of faith, until you actually see your own stones floating, then facts speak for themselves. I had thought of doing a flush about three years ago, but asked my naturopathic doctor first, who discouraged me, saying stones could get stuck in the bile ducts, and then I have an emergency situation. So, I waisted 2 years not doing the flushes, believing someone who in my opinion "should know more about this than I do".
Last year I decided to investigate further, and thanks to this site designed my own safe routine. Since then I have done 12 successful flushes, although the first one did not show any stones, just a lot of sludge. Some other people on this forum seem to have had similar experiences with their first flush. It is easy to get discouraged at this point, but don't! The high you get when you actually see your stones floating, and the eventual health benefits are it IMHO well worth it.
Read everything you can on this site about flushes, so you know how to prevent stones from getting stuck in the bile ducts. Another place they can get stuck in is in the intestines, if for instances you don't have proper bowel movements. For that reason
Hulda Clark recommends a
Bowel Cleanse before attempting a liver flush. I backed up after my fifth flush, absolutely nothing came out for four days. A bit of constipation, mixed with cholesterol stones, voila, you got yourself a road blockage! A
colonic settled that. Now I book a
colonic after a flush, as a routine.
Wishing you perseverance!
