Puffy Eyes

Yep, that was me! Puffy eyes are sign of general toxic overload. It means you didn't get the toxins out of your colon fast enough, so they recirculated and stressed your kidneys and lymphs. :(

Drink lots of water, eat tons of fiber and take P&B shakes if you can. If you can afford it, do at least one colonic, or several enemas. Have you ever done a detox bath? I posted instructions in that forum, that would be a good idea for you too. :)

Eat a very clean diet of no junk no refined Sugar for at least a week. :) And definitely have some olive oil on your salads, or just take a spoonful, to keep the Liver Cleansing and flushing just a bit each day. That will help it dump toxins and keep the bowels moving. :)

It would also be a great idea to do a simple kidney cleanse, which is a no-dairy, low-protein diet coupled with a gallon of cranberry juice and some parsley, just for about 5 days. :) Oh and back off of your vitamin supplements too, to give the kidneys a rest.
