anyway, just fyi, i am not plugged up anymore, i have been taking acidopholis and my bowels seem to be improving.

i am now urging my momsy to do the liver cleanse, especially because she knows she has stones they were found on an catscan. plus her mom had her gall bladder removed. she is going to do it.
