Some helpful hints....
You may have to "tweak" your flushing recipe. As I've reported many times on the forum here....I didn't pass anything when I did my first flush either, UNTIL I took an additional quarter cup of oil and grapefruit juice at 11 am THE NEXT DAY. I immediately laid down for an hour; totally still for twenty minutes, the rest of the time on my right side.
At 2:30 p.m. until 11:30 p.m., I passed about 120 stones.
In other words, my body needs 3/4 cup of oil instead of the 1/2 cup in the recipe.
Also....your body may be too acidic to do a great flush. Most people have awesome flushes after doing a master cleanse, a colon cleanse, or a juice fast. It's good to get your body in a good ph balance mode; alkaline. One other poster mentioned that smoking (only 2 cigarettes) the day of the flush messed the flush up; didn't pass anything, even though he/she knows they have stones.
It might be good to take an apple cidar bath the day of the flush. I would suggest only using Bragg's non-pasturized apple cidar. A full 16
oz. bottle would be good to add to bath water, and soak for at least 30 minutes. This really helps to alkalanize your body.
If you havn't gone through old archives on the
Liver Flush Forum , I strongly suggest you do so. I read for hours and hours for literally 2 weeks before I ever did my first flush, and I learned so much, it was unbelievable. I just randomly pointed, clicked, and read whatever interested me or sounded good.
It also might be a good idea to take some blood cleansing herbal combinations or get some Chinese Bitters from www.sensiblehealth.com to prepare your liver to flush the stones out. Julia Chang from sensiblehealth said that she prepared her liver for 4 months before ever flushing.
Good luck!
